Our Process

We have designed this process to give you (and us) a framework for making an educated and informed decision about working together. Of equal importance, you will finish this process knowing exactly where you stand in the four key areas of retirement success.

For people who are potentially a good fit for our firm, there is no cost or obligation for this process as we want you to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your nest egg.

Step 1 – Initial Phone Meeting

Before committing your time or ours, this 15-minute phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise.

Step 2 – Meeting #1: Vision & Planning

The goal of this meeting is to get perfectly clear on your goals, concerns, and unique financial situation. Your answers to our questions, along with the documents we requested you bring, will guide our analysis, which will result in answers to four critical questions.

Step 3 – Our Analysis

We will apply our experience, knowledge, and training to answer the following questions:
1. Can you afford to retire?
2. Are you overpaying your taxes?
3. Can your portfolio be improved?
4. Can you eliminate, or at least reduce threats to your retirement?

Step 4 – Meeting #2: Strategy Discussion

During this meeting, we will explain exactly what you need to do to achieve your financial goals, including the answers to the four questions we asked during our analysis. This is where you will see how our firm can improve your finances. At the end of this meeting, we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm.

Step 5 – Meeting #3: Regroup Meeting

During this meeting, we will answer any questions you have and if you are ready, start the paperwork to become a client. Prior to this meeting we will have sent you a detailed explanation of this process and answered all of your questions and concerns.

If this process makes sense to you, the next step is to decide if our qualifications meet your needs.
